Booking & Cancellation Policy

All reservations made for Rata Restaurant must be accompanied by valid Visa or MasterCard credit card to confirm your booking. No deposit will be processed on your card but should you need to cancel or reduce the numbers in your party the below process must be followed ;

Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made more than 24 hours prior to your booking by contacting Rata Restaurant by email on bookings@ratadining.co.nz or by phone +64 3 442 9393.

A $100 NZD charge per person for dinner or $50NZD charge per person for lunch will be charged to the nominated credit card if your booking is not cancelled prior to 24 hours or your group are a no show for your confirmed booking.

The above charges also apply to notification for changes in numbers for your group. This must be made at least 6 hours prior to your booking.

Our reservation platform operated by Eveve guarantees to maintain the privacy of the data provided through the use of STRIPE which performs this function applying the highest safety standards worldwide.

If there are extenuating circumstances that have prevented you from contacting the restaurant to notify us of cancellation or changes such as delayed or cancelled flights please contact us at bookings@ratadining.co.nz to discuss
